Sut dan ni’n gweithio // how we work
Cocreation - we work with, rather than deliver to. We will work within a Culture of Care, negotiating how we work together on each project according to the needs of everyone involved

What we deliver will be a real and authentic reflection of the process and project including unexpected results and documenting the twists and turns of the journey
Creadigrwydd // Creativity - We will work with the functions of imagination to think outside the box, bringing creativity to even the tiniest things, questioning norms and trying out new things.
Dysgu // Learning - We will evaluate and learn as a continuous process, seeking to adapt and change as a result.

cyfraddau // Rates
Our rates are flexible, we want our services to be accessible, but also to be able to survive. Indicative rates are:
If providing services for an individual or community organisation or collective, rates are negotiated from £25 - £70 /hour
If providing services for an organization, rates would typically start at £360/day, going up to £600/day for high conflict situations.
Prosiectau Cyfredol/Diweddar Carreg Creative Current/recent Projects
Recent work has included:
Comisiwn Storiel/Oriel Gyfoes Genedlaethol Cymru: Storiel/National Contemporary Art Galley for Wales Commission. For our commission, Carreg Creative (with Wanda Zyborska) invited creatives whose practice focuses on collaboration, process and engagement to take part in a ‘curious conversation’ (online/in Storiel). Through a series of conversations over 6 months, we explored [how to get] into and out of the cabinet: How could our engaged practice relate to the national contemporary art gallery for Wales (Celf ar y Cyd website) and Storiel’s collection?
Working with the Wales Real Food and Farming Conference experimenting with how to introduce an arts strand to this annual conference to support WRFFC’s agendas of sustainability and climate justice in Wales’ food systems. Rather than attending with our own agenda, our creative team (Siân Barlow, Ffion Jones, Elinor Gwynn, Lindsey Colbourne and Lisa Hudson, together with Iain Biggs (evaluator)) went to the conference to listen and engage in creative conversations, and see where they led. We made spaces and created interventions for the 300 conference attendees to reflect, question, imagine and test ideas creatively - opening minds and hearts to alternative ways of addressing the challenges faced in food and farming, and exploring how creatives can support/work with food and farming in Wales. (Wrth Wraidd - At Root, 2024; Dewch at Fwrdd y Gegin - Come to the Kitchen Table, 2025)
We were the evaluators for Simon’s ‘Locator 32’ Arts Council Wales funded project, Becoming Lichen. Simon is exploring ‘How might we learn of bodily/ interspecies collaboration and creative community from these mysterious and ancient beings? Attempting to notice and learn from these organisms and the places in which they thrive, to move as lichen is to combine our differences, to be together in ways that we couldn’t if alone, to make something complex, unusual, sustaining perhaps?’ Our evaluation process will be a series of noticings through the whole ecology of the project.
Cynefin Creadigol, Capel Curig. We are working with young people to explore, map and document their Cynefin through a series of 4 workshops.
